I have tried this product 2 times. The first time was not a great experience because of using a longer ratio (more water than required). The second time was much much better with the smaller ratio (1:12) with multiple pours. Brought out a nice juicy cup that was sweet and balanced.
Some tips:
- Definitely refer to the product page to be able to prop up the go60 correctly. It takes a bit to figure it out.
- Since the coffee in this is ground coarse, it is advisable to use hotter brew water and make multiple small pours (anyway the filter cannot hold a lot of water at a time). I used 50ml to bloom and then 3 pours of 30ml.
